Boris helps lead VWA's REDFOR training while also teaching across NATO and adversary aircraft tracks. His instruction is built around making tactics understandable, repeatable, and grounded in clear briefing contracts instead of guesswork.

Students working with Boris can expect direct feedback on decision-making, energy use, and communication discipline. The goal is to leave each sortie understanding not only how to operate the aircraft, but how to employ it credibly inside a larger tactical picture.
