Kicker

Kicker helps lead VWA's Air Force branch and teaches the F-15E with a standards-first mindset. His instruction emphasizes clean setup, clear sortie contracts, and a deliberate progression that lets students build confidence before the aircraft or mission starts moving faster than they can process.

That approach carries into debriefs that stay practical and specific. Students leave with a short list of corrections, a better understanding of why each standard matters, and a clear path for the next rep.
